1. Booking & Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received.

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online payment platforms, or cash.

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

Late cancellations or no-shows: the deposit will be retained.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, the full room price will be charged.

Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees.
2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00

Late check-in is available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Check-out: by 11:00
-
Valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
3. Room Rates & Payment

Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges.

Additional charges may apply for amenities, meals, or extra beds.

Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge a security deposit.
4. Guest Conduct

Maximum occupancy depends on the room type.

Guests are responsible for maintaining proper behavior and respecting other guests.

Smoking Policy: Smoking in the room will incur a €200 fee.
-
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. A €30 fee will be charged if deep cleaning is required.

Theft Policy: Stealing towels, hairdryers, or other hotel property will result in a charge of double the value of the stolen item plus €50.
5. Liability & Safety

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property.

Safety rules and instructions (fire exits, emergency procedures) must be followed.
6. Special Requests

Special requests (cribs, extra beds, room preferences) are subject to availability.
7. Privacy

Guest information is collected for reservation, billing, and marketing purposes.

Data may be shared with travel agencies or booking platforms when necessary.
8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the Portuguese courts, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution (arbitration).
